Customer Product Review Guidelines Policy
When writing a product review, please follow these guidelines:
- Focus solely on the product you are reviewing, and/or your actual experience using that product
- The review should not address customer service, shipping or purchase matters. Please contact Customer Service directly for questions/comments regarding these matters
- Provide specific details about what you did and didn’t like about the product
- Remember that the purpose of submitting a product review is to provide insight for other customers who are considering purchasing the product
We reserve the right not to post a product review if it contains any of the following:
Any information not related to the actual product
- Obscenities, defamatory language, or other language not suitable for a public forum
- Prices, advertisements, “spam” content, or references to other products, offers, websites, or competitors
- Email addresses, phone numbers, links to websites, physical addresses or other forms of contact information
- Critical or spiteful comments about other product reviews posted on the page or their authors
- Any imagery that demonstrates incorrect use of the merchandise
- Product reviews will not be posted if the reviewer does not have experience using the product. Product reviews must meet all internal guidelines and be written in English.
As stated above, if you wish to share feedback with us about product selection, pricing, ordering, delivery or other Customer Service issues, please do not submit this information through our product review system. Our customer service associates will not see it if you submit it using the product review system. Instead, please contact Customer Service directly.

To complete all your purchases, you need to be registered (create an account) by following the steps outlined on our website when you click on SIGN UP. Once you have created an account, please ensure you retain you LOGIN details for future purchases. Always LOGOUT of your account after you have completed your purchases.
This is a delivery only service. When you have completed your purchase we deliver for free within a 25 km radius or within the city of Bulawayo. All deliveries to other areas of Zimbabwe will incur additional costs.
All regular orders completed and paid for BEFORE 1400hrs from Monday to Friday, will be delivered the same day. All orders completed and paid for AFTER 1400hrs will be delivered the following day. All orders completed and paid for on Saturdays or Sundays / Public holidays will be delivered from Monday onwards or the next working day after a public holiday.
All customers are encouraged to provide correct delivery addresses and directions (when requested) to avoid unnecessary delays. The recipients of the goods should be available at the notified time to receive the delivery. If the goods are returned due to unavailability of a recipient at the respective address, the customer may incur additional costs to effect another delivery. We will aim to notify the recipients the approximate times when their delivery will be effected. All deliveries should be checked and signed for.
